Foreign languages:
We offer guided tours in German and English. For tours in Spanish, Italian or French we recommend qualified, state certified colleagues.
Group size:
The ideal group size is maximum 15 people. For groups greater than 15 people we will organize a second guide in order to guarantee the acoustic quality and safety of the tour.
Terms and conditions:
You can contact us by phone or by email. A written booking confirmation per email is required.
Payment can be made directly on the day of the guided tour or by bank transfer within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
Entrance fees and all other fees and charges incurred on the tours are not included and must be paid for separately.
Cancellation fees:
Tours may be cancelled without charge up to 14 days beforehand.
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the tour date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
In case of no-show the full tour price will be charged.
Please contact your designated guide if you are going to be late for the tour appointment. Without any information that you are going to be late we will wait for 30 minutes at the appointed meeting place.
Any waiting time incurred due to tardiness will be included in the tour time.
Liability:
The liability of the Austria Guide is limited to the amount of the tour fee charged. The Austria Guide is not liable for injuries, loss or theft of property or any other damage incurred during the guided tour. Tour participants take part at their own risk.
